Shanaka was picked by Lahore Qalandars for PKR 75 lakh (about 2.2 crore PKR equivalent) ahead of PSL 2026, but he’s terminating it as a late replacement for injured England all-rounder Sam Curran in the RR squad. The signing is pending final paperwork with Sri Lankan Cricket, after which he’ll link up with RR in Guwahati.
