Group Activities
764 targets vulnerable youth, including children as young as eight, by glorifying violence, coercing self-harm, animal cruelty, and explicit content production. Canadian authorities, including Halifax police and RCMP, have linked it to cases involving radicalization and child exploitation. The U.S. describes 764 as a nihilistic violent extremist group with recent arrests of alleged leaders.

Listing enables asset freezes, enhanced prosecutions, and immigration restrictions under Canadian law. Public Safety Minister Gary Anandasangaree emphasized stronger tools against online radicalization, especially among youth.
